On-Site Verification

Upon arrival we scan a property specific QR Code that provides a homeowner an accurate timestamp log of when we are on-site to perform our scheduled property check.

Storm Season Prep

We offer a client exclusive shutter install and removal service. We are here for you during the most unpredictable time of year. Availabilty is first come-first serve basis. Please call for pricing.

Personalized Service

  • We will secure the property, bring in any loose articles of furniture. Check all open common areas (lanai, porch, etc.) and secure any vulnerable areas on the property. If you have a shed, we will secure shed doors and windows.

  • We have the necessary tools and training to install and secure homeowner provided storm shutters for window and door openings.

  • We will provide access to the property to scheduled service providers, contractors or a homeowner approved guest.

  • In the unfortunate event that a suspected leak or signs of vandalism/forced entry is observed, we will secure the property document any damage and notate all necessary information.

  • We provide a specific service post-storm to document any potentional damage and provide any necessary photos/videos of the property.

Whether you are a frequent traveler or fully seasonal we have 6-month, 8-month, 12-month packages suited to your schedule.
