Absolutely! We offer an exclusive service to Legacy Home Watch clients to put up and take down shutters during storm season. This is a first come-first serve service so don’t hesitate to plan ahead. Please give us a call for pricing as our prices are based on home size and other factors like shutter type.

My neighbor smells fire and sees smoke near my house. Will you go to my house and look?

The first response to these types of emergencies should be to 911 to request appropriate emergency services. We do provide an emergency check-up service to check in on a property should there be a suspected leak or signs of vandalism/forced entry.

How much is your home watch service?

We customize every contract to each individual home. We offer an extensive range of services and pricing depends on factors like home size, property needs and dwelling type.

How do I see home watch reports of my home?

Great question, we have our own dedicated client portal. This can be access via app on your phone or the client portal link in the top right corner of the page. It will require you to login.

What is included in a home watch report?

We provide photo documentation along with notes of observations made around the interior and exterior of the property. Every home is different and so is our customized checklists. Should you have a pool or a garden shed, we will tailor our reports to include all necessary property features.
